"GoalX" is a mobile application and related services legally operated by Suzhou Observer Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User") and the Company regarding your use of GoalX and related services.
Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using GoalX. By clicking "Agree" or by using GoalX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein.
GoalX is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. If you wish to use GoalX or any related materials, services, or software for commercial purposes, you must obtain prior written authorization from the Company. We welcome your feedback to improve our services.
The Company owns all rights, title, and interest in GoalX, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets. Users shall not modify, copy, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the software. Users must not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
Users are responsible for their conduct while using GoalX and must not engage in the following activities:
GoalX provides data storage services. You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant the Company a license to store and process this data as necessary to provide services. Please refrain from uploading illegal or infringing content and safeguard your account credentials.
We respect and protect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and store your information. Please review the GoalX Privacy Policy for more information.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services without prior notice. If you violate laws or this Agreement, your account may be suspended or terminated.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement.
GoalX may incorporate third-party software, technologies, or services. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party license agreements. The Company is not responsible for third-party content or support.
The Company may update this Agreement to comply with laws and regulations and will provide notice of changes through appropriate channels. Continued use of GoalX constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the Company's place of business.
